Your details, kept private

What I collect

• Names, email addresses and phone numbers, for players and for parents or guardians of players under 18.
• What you tell me in bookings, enquiries and weekly reflections.
• Videos you send me for analysis.
• Payment records. Card details are handled by the payment provider, and I never see or store them.

Why I collect it

Only to run your coaching: to book and confirm sessions, contact you, plan your training and give you feedback. I don't sell or share your details with anyone for marketing.

Who can see it

Only me. Your details are stored in my private business dashboard, and videos are kept in my private storage. Nothing about you appears on this website.

Players under 18

• Bookings and enquiries for players under 18 are made by a parent or guardian.
• A parent or guardian is included in all messages, calls and feedback, and stays for in-person sessions.

Photos and videos

I'll never post a photo or video of a player, or name them publicly, without written permission. For players under 18, that permission must come from a parent or guardian.

Safety and insurance

I hold a current Working with Children Check and public liability insurance.

Payments

Sessions can be paid online when you book (where offered), or on the day by PayID or bank transfer, card or cash. In Your Corner is billed weekly by card. Card payments are handled by the payment provider, and I never see or store your card details.

How long I keep it

Videos are deleted at the end of each season unless you ask me to keep them. Other records are kept while you're coaching with me, and for as long as the law requires for business and tax records.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time. Email fieldcricketcoaching@outlook.com and I'll sort it within 2 business days.
